The Contractor shall perform mid-level of services to power generator systems including but not limited to, the following:
  • US licensed or have military equivalency, possess OEM certifications for the equipment they support
  • The Contractor shall perform preventive, predictive maintenance, and normal repair/emergency repair support for all generators, generator subsystems, controls, and electrical systems and equipment between the main distribution panel (MDP) and the generator and associated components.
  • The Contractor shall provide annual schedules for all generator maintenance. Periodic monitoring will be accomplished to ensure the primary generator(s), back-up generator(s) and any ancillary breakers and electrical devices and controls are functioning as intended and IAW manufacturer specifications.
  • Contractor shall develop and maintain posted instructions in generator equipment rooms and on electrical switchgear or switchboards for starting and transfer of loads to the generator(s) from commercial power and retransfer back to commercial power that clearly identifies actions to be taken and the sequences of these actions.
  • The Contractor shall perform preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems as recommended by the equipment manufacturer and by DoD Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and Army Technical Manuals (TM). 
  • Perform periodic equipment inspections to identify and monitor symptoms which indicate that mechanical failure of a piece of equipment may be approaching. Predictive maintenance shall include notifying CFE of suspected impending equipment failure.

  • Must have strong oral communication skills and proven success working on teams
