GEOINT Trainer

Candidates support the Army GEOINT Battalion (AGB), National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) by providing Courseware developers, Instructors, Mobile Trainers.  Candidates must be experienced, production-oriented and able to process, interpret and produce intelligence assessments on a wide variety of geospatial-intelligence imagery data types. Candidates deliver AGI (GEOINT Imagery Analysis), FMV (Full Motion Video), Forensic GMTI(Ground Moving Target Indicator) and GEOINT AI(Intelligence Analysis) instruction, instructional assistance, and support for intelligence personnel and programs in support of the GEOINT training effort.  Candidates conduct platform training to support the GEOINT training effort.  The training is a systematic, coordinated approach to using all intelligence and analytic tools appropriate to the GEOINT exploitation mission.   
 
Candidate may support Mobile Training Teams (MTT) and conduct training at locations specified by the Government including overseas locations
 
AGI INSTRUCTOR Requirements:  Instructors will work alongside existing contract and government geospatial-intelligence personnel and will perform duties of a Geospatial Imagery Analyst providing professional guidance and analytical support in a variety of areas related to imagery analysis.  Instructors are responsible for the quality of instructional material and development of the approved curriculum.  The Contractor is responsible for integrating new initiatives into courseware, as appropriate.  Instructors ensure development of courseware and automated data processing (ADP) requirements and remains abreast of developing technologies within the GEOINT community to ensure adequate working knowledge of all relevant hardware and software. When required, participates in external functions, to include: collaborative community intelligence training events, Community GEOINT Training Council, NGA College.. The instructors teach the application of techniques and imagery sensor against intelligence problems. All instructors are expected to be familiar with and capable of instructing theater and national imagery collection systems, as well as the fundamentals of digital and hard copy imagery exploitation.
 
FMV/GEOINT (ISR) Instructor Requirements:  Instructors are subject matter expertise (SME) for the development and revision of geospatial-intelligence analysis courses dealing with FMV including integration of multimedia course instructional materials, equipment, and FMV data for presentation of technical FMV-based courses to large and small groups of experienced imagery analysts, all source analysts and tasking office personnel. Course delivery uses a variety of instructional environments to include classroom, mobile training team (requires travel to external customer/military sites), video-teleconference, computer-based training, and team-teaching. Instructors will be expected to use a variety of training materials to include softcopy imagery exploitation systems, multi-media presentations, view-graphs, and hard-copy teaching aids.   Delivery of mobile training team imagery analysis training to external customers requires an Imagery Analyst with strong imagery background including Full Motion Video (FMV) and/or Predator or All-Source Analyst or SIGNT Analyst with extensive geospatial tool usage (Arc View, ArcGIS, MAAS, Insyte)
 
Forensic GMTI INSTRUCTOR Requirements:  Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI) instructor/trainer focus on GMTI Forensic Analysis in support of ground-forces related intelligence problems and combat operations. Instructors deliver training on Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures associated with the production of Ground Moving Target Indicator data analysis and research support to forensic analysis. Instructors should have expertise and experience and be able to provide instruction on GMTI collection systems, data acquisition, GMTI exploitation technologies, GMTI analysis/evaluation and GMTI production processes and systems dissemination methods and tools.  Instructors should have experience with and be able to instruct using MITRE ISR Forensics and the MTIX tools. Instructors train students on the dissemination of both preliminary and finished GMTI and geospatially-based intelligence products that contribute to and provide direct support to All-source Intelligence operations.

GEOINT Lead must have minimum of 15 years applied imagery experience and a minimum BA/BS degree.
